The Neuse River Old Drum fishing is winding down for the year. Fishing has been pretty good again this year, with double digits being a pretty common thing for some groups this season. The biggest that was caught and released this year was 51", which is an absolute tank of a red drum. The majority of the fish fall in the NC citation program, deeming them "trophy" status. If catching some of these monsters is on your list, please contact me for booking information. The best of the fishing is usually late August and the whole month of September.
