The past couple of weeks have been a bit breezy some days but the fishing has worked out well. Half day charters have been producing nice catches of Spanish mackerels, while fishing along the beaches. 3/4 day trolling trips have had great success with mixed catches consisting of mahi-mahi, king mackerels and jacks. Full day bottom fishing has also yielded some great catches, both this week and last. The Bottom fishing charters have yielded gag groupers, vermilion snappers, jacks, trigger fish, grunts, black sea bass and more. The weather forecast is finally looking calm for a stretch, still a few openings available.
